Subject: [usgp-coo] Tabling in Tucson
To: natlcomvotes at green.gpus.org
Tables are available as follows:
1. If they let us know in advance, GP candidates for public office can
have table space, to share what they are doing, and to ask for donations.
2. If they let us know in advance, States and Caucuses can have table
space, to share what they are doing.
3. If they let us know in advance, GP-US Committees can also have
space, if available. We will do all we can to make it available.
These categories of tablers will be in an area that is not staffed by
volunteers, so no valuables should be left unattended. The tables will
be available Th -Sunday. The tables are available without charge, but
the tablers are not permitted to sublet/share the spaces with other
groups or causes, even ones that are Green Party endorsed. See below.
Others have two choices:
4. There will be a "Free Speech" table for anybody to leave any written
material on. No charge. Please share nicely, so everybody can have
stuff there. Anything that is left after noon on Sunday will be
recycled.
5. Groups and causes, and commercial vendors, will be able to purchase
vendor space on Saturday and Sunday. Contact me, in advance, for
details. This includes Green endorsed nonprofits, but they pay less than
the commercial vendors. Extra tables need to be rented, and this extra
space needed to be rented, and there is no other space.
We are determined to end this convention in the black, if at all
possible.
