[statecom-discuss] Legibility key in gathering sigs

Neither Town Clerk nor Board of Registrars is likely to know - but this
forum's archives can be searched by nearly anyone. Petitioners ought not
mark the forms in any way beyond providing, of course, their very own
signatures. The fear here would not necessarily be disqualification of
signatures by the Registrars, but possible basis for challenge after
certified signatures are delivered to the Secretary.
That said, I would strongly discourage further communications on-list
regarding this matter. The folks we hit up for signatures should print their
very own names, or we will assume unnecessary risk.
