Hey, Mike,

As I said in my other email, things in terms of a coalition effort against to 
my knowledge are still in the formative stages, there are unions already 
engaged.   The Teachers is one of the lead ones, and I know a bunchof the other 
players - "getting in at the beginning" probably means connecting with some of 
these people and seeing if there is some start of an alert list.
