[statecom-discuss] usa radar base en czech republic

The Czech GP, considered as on the right side of the political spectrum, was the deciding factor as to whether a left or right coalition would govern. It has a "Strong Leader." Is there anyone in our GP who can research this / understands and can write in Czech?
