Hi Members of the State Comm.

I want to thank everyone who had previously commented on my earlier 
proposals, which I hope will be addressed at the upcoming meeting. I 
also want to thank Merelice and others for their advice (which I admit 
has been given to me before) to attempt to shorten the length of my 
proposal(s) or at least to break them down into smaller parts.

My current proposals are the product of my reflection on the feedback 
that I received and some recent developments, like the recent mess about 
electing delegates to the National meeting.

Please respond. There is still time to modify these proposals. I am also 
at this time asking for co-sponsors.
