[statecom-discuss] revised propoal for State Comm meet: Pres Election 2008

OK, so both Ron and I did give you feedback indicating general agreement with consolidation but differing in particulars. The next step would be for you to say whether you would agree to any of our suggestions for change (certainly not all—Ron's and my suggestions arent consistent). At the point you say, "that's my final offer," folks could decide whether to cosponsor.  I would like to see something on the table, so I would cosponsor even if I had reservations.
