[statecom-discuss] Re: please endorce this special meeting and election

I believe this is an attempt to call a special statecom meeting in 
cyberspace.   I believe this requires 1/3 of the statecom members to sponsor with a 
defined agenda (which Jamie defines below) for a defined time period - which I 
guess Jamie is saying wil depend upon when she gets enough cosponsors from 
statecom.

I am tentatively willing to co-sponsor, Jamie, but I will want a define time 
period defined before I formally sign on.   And I think a reference to the GRP 
bylaws or procedures that describes the procedure you are trying to invoke 
here will help others sign onto it (for instance, it requires that the sponsors 
arrange a way to call those who don't have regular email access I believe)...
