Grace,
Thank you for explaining the required procedure in detail.  I believe 
that it is more important to have a fully responsible, as well as a 
diverse delegation, from different regions of the State, and I am sure 
that Jamie is equally concerned.
This may require a fund-raising effort, as well as broader outreach.
