My suggestion is to ask who would like to be the interim delegates. After
we know who are the candidates, we can 
continue with this process.

We have decided to try to elect 6 delegates on an interim basis to serve on 
the National Committee
in accordance with prop 272,

bringing the total number of delegates to 8, the purpose of electing 
delegates before our state convention is to carry our full voting potential 
at our national meeting in Reading, PA

dates: JULY 12-16,

the newly elected interim delegation will serve on the NC until we, the 
State Committee of the GRP,
elect  a delegation to serve a full year term in accordance with our GRP 
by-laws


We must elect a delegation before our next state com meeting. This then 
calls for a special on line meeting in which we need 10 state committee 
members to co-sponsors this proposal to have a special meeting:

the only agenda at this meeting will be to vote on the nominated delegation 
and alternates,
( I have been told it it is wise to send as many alternates as possible)



ten days before the meeting we will call for nominations:
we must have five people nominate an eligble delegate,





I am calling upon the state committee to co-sponsor this special meeting
and 
election to elect an interim delegation,

we would like to begin the nominating process soon, please co-sponsor soon,

if anyone has objections or concerns about this, please voice them,
