Mike-   actually given the time frame she needs co-sponsors now, if we
don't 
get candidates then we don't have tohold the meeting but she needs
co-sponsors 
now if she is going to get enough to hold a special meeting - are you
saying 
you won't sponsor the process until you are assured she has enough proposed 
delegates?   I think she needs this meeting to happen ASAP if it can happen
at 
all.

On the other hand, Jamie & Ellie- you need to craft a call for delegates
that 
is clear and hopefully encouraging and it needs to go to all our elists 
including the large GRP announce list so you can start recruiting possible 
delegates -
