As I wrote in response to Ralph:
Hi,
Thanks, Ralph.
I am guessing that we do not have any ward and town committees
actually registered -- that all we have are local chapters that have
not become ward or town committees. (The definitions of these are in
the guide for forming local chapters.)
But I wonder whether this relates in some way to electing delegates to
the state committee which happens with the presidential primary. Is
there some similar deadline?
