[statecom-discuss] NC Proposition 295 Delegate Allocation for GPUS National Committee

Voting on Delegate Allocation for State Parties and Caucuses will begin 
on 6/27 and end on 7/3.  I have looked at the apportionment, can find 
no errors, and will be voting Yes, unless otherwise instructed.
Because of the continuing opposition to the principle of redistribution 
as developed in Proposal 272, on the part of some delegates, it remains 
uncertain that the resulting calculation will be approved by the NC.  
The challenges refer mainly to the method approved in the original 
Proposal 272.  Thus, any election of people as temporary delegates, at 
this time, to complete the allocation of 8 delegates from the 
Green-Rainbow Party, carries no assurance that they will be recognized 
as such at the NC meeting in July.
