Hi Members of the State Comm (Also would someone forward this to Adcom)

Thanks to Elie and Jamie for all of the great work that they do to
connect us with the national party.

I am potentially interested in attending the meeting in Philadelphia.

As of now I do not have an income producing job for the summer. (As
always just like you I have a lot of work (unpaid with $ but reimbursed
in a lot of wonderful ways) to do this summer with the GRP.

One concern that I have is the cost. I hope that my $ situation will be
clearer, maybe sometime later today.

Another area of concern which is linked to finances is that I would very
much like to go as a member of the GRP delegation (whether or not I'm a
delegate). Specifically, I would like to travel with other members of
the party. I have my Toyota and would feel comfortable taking 1-3 others
with me. Or I could travel with somebody else who has a car. We can
share car expenses and also have the pleasure of our company while we
journey.

Another way that we can save $ and have some bonding time is if we
stayed in the same "hotel".

I am interested in being a delegate. What do I need to do and when do I
need to do it?

What is needed is someone (maybe Adcom) to coordinate this project. I am
not volunteering.

Thanks,

Mike Heichman
