Jamie,
With regard to two things/
1.	I am not a member of AdCom. I have participated in designing the
procedure for electing delegates at this time, except insofar as I was
asked by you to help out.
Their is nothing in whatever procedure was decided by AdCom that
involves me in
sending out a call for nominations, and I have no role in this. My
only obligation is to help make sure that the State Committee and AdCom
are informed about the NC.

2.	If you want to try to elect additional delegates to the NC, believe
that this is important, and were hoping that this could be done before
the national meeting in Reading, I do not know how your abstaining on
the vote to approve the final calculation, Proposal 295, helps to do
that. Thank you for all the work that you have been doing on the AdCom
to provide the DAC with the data that it needed.
What made you decide that it was not good enough to approve? The
proposal needs a .6666 vote to pass.
What is Adcom doing?
Peace,
Elie Yarden
