[statecom-discuss] Nation Grreen Party Delegatiom

I hope I'm not duplicating (or contradicting) anyone else's efforts, but I'm just getting to my emails....

I understand that any GRP five members may nominate any GRP member for one of these positions. Membership is defined as either being enrolled as a voter in the GRP or one of its parent designations or being "active" in the organization through paying dues. Therefore around 10,000 people are eligible.
