I had also posted this forward to the list but with an intro to give you some 
perspective taking information - te MOST important thing to note here - is 
that there are billions more money without the man yhurtful changes Patrick 
made- by committing to less regressive tax policies and to real cost-savings - not 
many of Patrick's "cost-savings" which maybe a euphemism for service cuts 
(that's what they used to be called anyway)-   More detailed alternative budget
