The connection is that new hampshire and montana ( currently)

do not have state green parties,

we are voting on establishing a state green party in Montana,

I mention New Hampshire because I think it would be nice to establish a 
state green party there,

we might have some influence over this happening because we boarder New 
Hampshire and that is relatively   local in our New England cosmos

i hope that makes sense, Do you know anyone up there?
