Merelice,
I agree we have to have due diligence about the law. And thank you
for the reminder about that.
BUT I believe that we need first to decide on what we should be doing
now for 2008. And it cannot be a little of everything because we do
not have the resources.
1. I would hope that we can make a dent in the two-party system at
the national level and perhaps the Senate level as well. (Kerry
flatly refuses to vote against funding the war and of course will not
filibuster which would end the war at once if there were 41 Senators
who would simply abstain on the filibuster.)
2. For the next year we should be building up our infrastructure.
But on this point I am sounding like a broken record so I will stop.
