[statecom-discuss] Supplemental has passed the House, with no Mass NO votes

p.s. With the vote going 212 nay to 218 yea, it would have taken only  
4 of "our" delegation to change the outcome -4!!!   And we did  not  
get one!
Where were Capuano and McGovern and Olver and Frank - and all the  
other "champions" of peace with whom the peace movement has  
"developed relationships" and been non-confrontational over the years.
Anyone for a little hardball? I do not think you can play hardball  
without a Third Party;  for MA that would be the GRP.
We certainly cannot go on in the present vein.
