Eli informs me that no written documents have entered into the SPWG process.  That is not acceptable.

If I can be given the names of the people on the committee, then I am willing to do my own physical US mail-style mailing to get my position papers on fundamental problems facing the GRP into the hands of all members of the committee.

So who is on the committee ?
