[statecom-discuss] Chuck Turner and SPWG

I have read that Chuck Turner resigned from the SPWG for specific reasons.  Is this true ?  

If so, who knows the reasons why and can they please be summarized so that we can all reflect on it.  Chuck Turner has many years of organizing experience and I personally would like to know what he said.
