Agree with Grace....
but will add that Statecom reserves the power to disendorse if a statecom meeting comes before the actual event....

remember that adcom does endorsements. This is indeed a responsibility of
adcom - has since adcomm first existed- why?
Because endorsements need to happen reasonably quickly (not once every three
months)
Given that we have defined politics (10 Key values), this is an
implementation function
It is hard enough getting a quorum of adcom to respond quickly, getting a
quorum of statecom to respond - well it's mind boogling.
Many endorsements get no concerns raised by anyone - why would we spend even
more volunteer hours getting "no concerns" from even more people when there
are no concerns?
Those endorsements that do lead to someone raising concerns, are generally
answered easily and quickly
those endorsements that lead to significant concerns seem to sit on the edge
of our politics , those sometimes lead to a long discussion or just as often
get sent onto statecom - as they appear to represent more than just the
implementation of existing Party political positions.
For those who favor less time begin spent (that is fewer volunteer hours) on
statewide work should vigorously support this function staying with adcom.
Love, Grace
