Annie - Consensus does not properly allow for proxy votes since consensus 
does not consist of individual votes - because the whole point is to listen to 
each other and build a better decision by bringing together the disparate pieces 
of information and perspective into a greater whole - so it requires being in 
the room together and being willing to share one's own reasoning and 
incorporating the reasoning of others so that the group builds a deeper understanding 
together to create better decisions - So we have not generally allowed proxy 
votes - yours, G
