[statecom-discuss] This was sent to adcom,

Jamie,
I suspect that this was sent to AdCom because it was assumed that AdCom
would either know where such a banner was stored for use at large
demonstrations, or would have the ability to appropriate the funds to
have one made right away and have someone who knew where to get it done.
We did have one at one time. But I have not seen it in years. Having
one made -- strong, light green nylon, about 12 by 2 feet, with strong
ties (3 at each end) and light 12 ft bamboo poles should do it.
It need me no more than an Identifier "GREEN RAINBOW PARTY" to make it
useful for many occasions.
Just a matter of housekeeping requiring little or no discussion.
