[statecom-discuss] [Platform] So to repeat myself but can we have all Advisory Ballot meeting notes?

Hi Merelice,
I was the one who brought this up at yesterday's meeting. I thought that
the discussion went very well.
To express my opinions about the questions that you posed to Grace:
1. I don't think that it would be necessary (and probably inappropriate)
to publish the minutes of MAAPL (or any other coalition that we are
working with). What would have been appropriate would have been for the
Rainbow Caucus to have kept those of us informed by e-mail and by having
regular meetings of our work with MAAPL, which hasn't been done. I
recently sent an e-mail to the Caucus requesting that we have a meeting
very soon.
2. Grace has been a member of the Platform Committee for quite some time
and I think that it is very appropriate for her to communciate with her
fellow committee members. (Also, the Co-Chair of the Platform Committee,
had missed yesterday's meeting.)
3. I want to thank Dan for sending this out to both State Committee and
the Platform Committee.
4. I was motivated by these communications to send a similar letter to
the CDLC. Neither of our co-chairs had been present at yesterday's meeting.
5. I personally see nothing personal, hostile or inappropriate about
these communications.
