Hi Everyone,

I have been too busy to partiipate in this discussion.

Let me summarize my understanding:

1. We mistakenly have given our list of members to Ms. McKinney.

2.My guess is that this was because our policy had not been well
developed enough to take account the difference between our campaigns in
MA and a national campaign for President.

3. We have not given our list to Mr. Mesplay's and Ms. Swift's campaign
because they did not request these lists.

4. We did not give this list to Mr. Nader because he didn't request it.

5. We didn't give this to Mr. Nader's Exploratory Committee because of a
lack of a request.

6. We gave our list to the Draft Nader Committee, even though this
formation has made it very clear that they have not and do not speak for
Mr. Nader.

Any comments about my understanding?

I am open to other information. However, it is my point of view that Mr.
Nader, his Exploratory Comm. and the Draft Nader Committee should not
have received our party's list because Mr. Nader has not yet complied
with the requirements to be placed on our ballot.

Once again, a decision has been made which says that we have one set of
rules for everyone and no rules for those who support Mr. Nader.

Does anyone know the meaning of a "level playing field"?

PS I think that I have been unfair towards Mr. Nader. The reason why is,
that to the best of my knowledge, he has not made any requests to our
state party about this year's presidential campaign. We always say "YES"
to people who want Mr. Nader to act in a certain matter. I believe that
most (maybe all) of them sincerely want Mr. Nader to seek the Green
Party's nomination. However, the bottom line is that Mr. Nader has
not yet complied with our requirements to be placed on our ballot
and it is a mistake to forget/deny that and instead comply with
requests with others who want Mr. Nader to seek the Green Party's
nomination for President.
