[statecom-discuss] [candidate-development] Unwise use of GRP data

I have told the McKinney campaign's database administrator to cease
using the data or any data that might have been mined from it.
However, as it is still undecided as to how we will deal with the
improper release of said data by Dan and I, I did not tell him to
delete the data.
