[statecom] HELP/Convention planning

The Convention Planning Committee, well, two members,

met on Thursday, 8/10, and outlined a number of

aspects that need to be arranged, (including childcare,

transportation, food, and possible agenda composing].

We will be meeting on Tuesday, 8/15, location and time

to be decided, (but likely at Denny's in Leominster, in

the early evening].


We would love the assistance of any GRP members

who want to help arrange the State Convention. It will

be held in a little more than one month, on Saturday,

September 16, at the Girl Scout's Center in Waltham, MA.

Please consider joining us to arrange a good convention!

Convention Place: Girl Scout Camp in Waltham
Hours: ?????
Child Care: Need at least 2 nanny's hired
Transportation: Rent wheel chair van & hire a driver from STEP, arrange 
carpooling, and train & bus pick ups.
Food: Sandwiches - Egg salad, Tuna, Chicken salad, Tossed salad, pasta salad, 
potato salad, chips, drinks, fruit, bagels, boiled eggs, & desserts. (Lisa 
will shop & prepare)
Set up & Clean up crew: ????
