In Tucson, Mike Feinstein spoke about a global greens gathering in Nairobi, 
Kenya

there are two events in the same place:
an international young greens( over 35)
conference jan/2007


and an international greens conference in jan/2008

they urged us to start fundraising for a delegation, i know a few people 
from MA might want this opportunity to travle to Africa, the 2008 event 
co-insides with several other international events in the same area-
i think that this would be a good agenda item at the state convention

Also,

I attended an international committee meeting, the co-chair is julia 
wildebrand
she said that she was unsure, but she believed that the state of MA has 4 
seats on the international committee- i don't know how to confirm this

I looked at gp.org at our current international committee:

- julie saad

does anyone know if this is a current list and do we have one more seat to 
fill????
