Suggestions for Agenda:
09:00 Submission of Agenda Items and Written Reports Credentialing09:30 Meeting Roles Delegated (Unless we can do that via email: vibes watcher, facilitators, time keeper, stacker) *there may be some re-ordering of the agenda if someone makes a proposal*10:00 Approval of last meeting's minutes10:30 Officer + Committee Reports
11:30 Proposals Ranked
12:00 Lunch 1:00 Urgent Matters and Old Business (next meeting). Any other suggestions for discussion of urgent matters? :) 2:00 Proposals 4:00 Workshops
There have been 2 suggested workshops:Grace will be working on putting together a workshop to trainfolks about the legislative process. There is a lot of interest withinthe party to use the residual excitement from the campaigns and directthat energy into pushing legislation. To that end, a workshop about theprocess would be helpful. Voter Registration - Melissa would like to have a workshop about voterregistration with a focus on outreach techniques. Melissa has hadcontact with the Civic Engagement Initiative and they have indicatedthey are willing to provide the trainings for us. The person who would be attending has already agreed.
>From what I understand lunch was well covered with the salads made, Annie's macaroni and cheese and Dan K's contributions. We need volunteers for this next meeting. I have paper cups and plasticware from our last meeting that I will hand off at the next AdCom meeting. Again, a reminder that the best thing is for everyone to bring their own plate, cup/glass, and silverware.
We also need someone to volunteer to make packets for StateCom. Proposals (and the comments made about them if they were posted on our website), Agenda for this specific meeting, and the Standard Decision-making process + Agenda (which is one file).
Also, a reminder that proposals a) should be vetted by an appropriate committee and b) they should be submitted to StateCom for viewing 2 weeks prior to our meeting.
And finally,
If rides are needed please email or call Martina Robinson with your location so she can follow up with carpooling etc.

It would be great if we could be prompt. Last meeting we started rather behind schedule. Maybe an early start will create an early finish!
Thanks all!
Wendy
