[statecom] Update on StateCom Meeting; More responses needed

Hi Eli,
As of today, I can make all dates. July 21 conflicts with Chuck's
District 7 Roundtable, so that would be the only date that I would have
a conflict. However, if we schedule the meeting on that date, I would go
to the State Comm meeting.
