[statecom] Update on StateCom Meeting; More responses needed

Hi Eli,I don't know if you got my general response. Your proposed dates(all
four) work for me so far.I have made contact with Harry Petter and he will
get back to me by the end of the week and he has asked me to try to
reach him if I haven't heard from him by then.He also mentionned that Aug.
sounds more likely since he is currently trying to finish the refinishing of
the floors of his church.Towards the end of July also sounds possible.You
can try to reach him also, if you'd like, or wait for me to get back to you.
