[statecom] April 14 minutes? convention dates?

Greetings,

Am I remembering correctly that Maureen took notes at our last
StateCom meeting? And that someone else took over when she had to
leave?

In particular, I am interested in what we discussed about the
convention after Maureen had to go. Once again, we considered several
possibilities for the date, having decided that the July weekend(s) of
the Fourth of July week would not be the best timing. Did we think
that August was a possibility, as AdCom is now planning? I seem to
remember a different conclusion. Let's have agreement between StateCom
and AdCom before setting a final date, please. (The opportunity to
have an August fundraiser can be considered separately from the
convention date if that is needed and we have people really willing to
work on a fundraising event.)
