[statecom] Basic Agenda for next StateCom meeting

Dear ones, I continue to hope that this party can be a welcoming place for 
everyone.   Whatever the issue, it makes a BIG difference if corrections of any 
kind - unless they represent a major political chasm that misrepresents us - 
should all be done off list.   Publically shaming creates an unsafe climate in 
lots of ways - all of us are hopefully still learnign and becoming more the 
people who can change our world not just recreating the same bad dynamics.

a reminder to myself and others, those of us with more ofrmal education and 
who were favored in that system, tend to forget that our "educational" system 
is used also as a means to degrade and disempower lots of people - we need to 
avoid doing things that can step into those festering wounds-

We don't want to reinforce any internalized messages that any of us are 
stupid - no person is born stupid-
