[statecom] Proposals coming up for a vote in the National Committee

I wld like report on future votes if you can send it to me. As you know I
was past ASGP and then GPUS rep. I cant do that any more (I hope to in the
future but that depends on my fragile state of health)but I want very much
to keep in touch with votes. Betts Zisk

# 261 - IC:  GPUS Endorsement of Iraqi War Crimes Report IWCR, amended
**Cancelled, due to procedural objections and further concerns.  IC
plans to take it back and revise accordingly, and will re-submit it to
the voting queue.

2. Currently under discussion, and coming up for a vote next week, are:
