RE QUORUM count:

Dear State Committee Members --- this is the fourth in a series of  
updates from your meeting co-facilitators regarding the upcoming  
State Com meeting Saturday November 17th in Amherst at the Hitchcock  
Center for the Environment.

Whether you are planning to attend -- and we hope all of you are ---  
or are unable to attend, please let us know by email or phone so that  
we know whether or not to expect you (and so we don't need to follow  
up with phone calls to ensure a quorum).

In the past, AdCom has made phone calls to StateCom members to remind  
them of the meeting. If members of AdCom wish to do that --- and we  
welcome the idea! --- please let us know how many you would be able  
to call.
