[statecom] Please confirm receipt

Hi,
Saturday's co-facilitators of the StateCom meeting, Jill and Nat, and
I are needing to communicate with statecom members about the coming
meeting.

Meanwhile, the standard GRP website is down which makes it impossible
to review and comment on proposals. Also, I can't check archives to
see whether my email of this morning has gone through to the StateCom
list serve.

So for starters, could someone (anyone?) confirm whether they have
received this email and my earlier email?

If necessary, I will create a group list of the members of StateCom
for further communication.
