Greetings,
I am re-sending my portion of an earlier email message for two reasons:
1 - I'm not sure it went through to the listserve the first time.
2 - The most critical message -- to make your own copies of your
proposals -- was not highlighted in the subject and might have been
too buried in the original text.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Greetings,
Nat (who is attending a conference until Friday evening) and I talked
last night (Wednesday). While he is willing to make extra copies of
the proposals, it was decided at the last AdCom meeting that we would
ask people to bring 25 copies of their proposals to the Saturday
meeting.
Please also bring receipts of copying expenses to the meeting for reimbursement.
AdCom (primarily Dan M.) will take responsibility for the other
components of the packet. Based on my observation, it has been a while
since someone on AdCom has been able to compile these packets, and
this one would be especially burdensome, given the number of
proposals.
While the GRP cannot yet afford to maintain an office or staff,
perhaps we could aim to hire someone to compile these packets in the
future.
Thanks for your understanding and support for what promises to be a
productive and inspiring meeting.
Merelice
GRP Co-Chair
