Dear GRP State Committee Members,

Unfortunately the Party's old server decided to get zonked 3 days before
our State Committee meeting (now only 38 hours away).

Thanks to John Andrews having compiled all 17 proposals (as of Nov. 5) into
one document,
we have these available here:

Since some proposals have been changed since then, if you send me
an updated version I will update this listing.
