Dear Statecom reps,

I have just sent an email to the procedures list that gives a lot of
information about consensus, our history with it, and more, in light
of the charge that i received from the statecom meeting on 11/17/07
in Amherst to start a discussion of our consensus seeking
decisionmaking process on the procedures committee list.

If you are NOT on the procedures committee email list, you can
subscribe yourself by going here:

	http://www.green-rainbow.org/mailman/listinfo/procedures

After filling out the form and submitting it, you will get an email
at the address you specified requesting a confirmation to join --
this is to keep out spammers -- reply as requested in the email and
you will be added to the list and can then post to the list as well
as receive all the email from the list.

After joining, if you want to catch up on the discussion, and
importantly read the informative email i have sent out, you can go
the archives of the list by going to this URL:

	http://green-rainbow.org/pipermail/procedures/

The email is organized by month. Within a month you can look by date,
author, subject or thread.

A link to the informative email i sent out is:
