Hi Larry and others,

It's good to have such detailed minutes, thank you!

But with such detail, I would like to see the precise policy decisions made by the body collected in one place, preferably at the beginning of the report. In that same place, where decisions require follow up or report back to the body, I would like to see the names of those responsible and the date by which such action is expected.
