Questions:

On page 6 in the last bullet:
Do you mean "whose" (which is the possessive) instead of "who's" which
is a contraction of "who is"?

On page 9 under "Schedule"
This refers to "Prior to the Presidential Primary..." and then
indicates we need to be notified by the state of the primary results.
Since it would be somewhat spooky for the state to tell us the primary
result prior to the primary, should this say something else?

Pages 14 and 16:
Unless I missed something, under "Diversity" on page 14, we seem to
take it for granted that we will seek gender balance and we don't
refer to female and male delegates until page 16 when describing
methods of allocating delegates and alternates. Could we please insert
a sentence in the diversity section that mandates gender balance
(which, I assume, does not depend on percentages of the state
population)?
