(JHi, folks - thanks for your work so far - I suspect I am going to be too (B
(Jbusy to actively participate in the GRP leadership on htese projects...(B

(JTwo quick pieces of input on the plans, therefore-(B

(JFirst, I would recommend that CDLC put the legal/time line issues on their (B
(Jagenda since the time ilne seems to assume 2 & 1/2 weeks for language to be (B
(Jreviewed by the A.G.'s office which does not at all match what they report is (B
(Jtheir usual practice.(B

(JSecond, I think the process needs to be very clear about including the (B
(Jleadership and guidance of coalitions of which GRP is officially a part. We have (B
(Jcommitted in these coalitions to working with and following the leadership of (B
(Jthe whole coalition and we need to think with them about how these questions (B
(Jand organizing on them could help or hinder the long-term goals of these groups-(B

(JThe conversation in MAAPL was *very* enlightening!(B

(JFinally, I hate to ask again but if notes or decisions or whatever from (B
(Jmeetings previous to the vetting of Statecom proposals could be posted, it would (B
(Jreally help in knowing what is giong on ...(B

(JThanks, Grace(B
