We need volunteers to help on Sunday. Please send this back to the
list with your name in any slot you'd like to fill. Volunteering now
will save time at the meeting.

2. RANK PROPOSALS
We recommend that you write down your ranking for proposals ahead of
the meeting so that you can turn them in at the meeting. A ballot
will be provided at the meeting. Basic information is provided below.
[Do NOT send your rankings back via email - they must be turned in at
the meeting.]
The seven proposals we will be ranking are listed below. Ranking means
you place 10 next to the proposal you believe needs most urgently to
be discussed. Place a 9 next to the proposal you believe is next
urgent or important, and then number on down the line.
If you have concerns regarding any proposal, write YES. If you do not
have concerns, write NO or ABSTAIN. Any proposals that raise few
concerns end up in the afternoon's initial expedited round in the
hopes consensus can be reached quickly. Proposals with concerns are
dropped to the 'regular round' and receive more complete discussion.

4. DIRECTIONS TO THE CAMPUS
We will send some more details on where to park in a later email.

By car: : Take Interstate 91, 190 or 495 to Rte. 2 to the Rte. 12
North exit (31B). Travel north on Route 12 for 2.8 miles, then turn
right immediately after Enterprise Car Rental. Turn right again, on
Main St., after crossing the bridge. Take the second left onto North
Street (at the Dunkin' Donuts). The college is located three blocks
up.
By bus or train:
Daily MBTA trains to and from Boston stop on Main Street in Fitchburg.
Cross Main Street to North Street (at the Dunkin' Donuts). The college
is three blocks north.
Trailways buses from Pittsfield, Springfield and Worcester also stop
on Main Street near the MBTA Station. Follow walking directions above.
Buses from Boston stop at the intersection of Rtes. 2 and 12. Cab or
local bus service to the college is available from that stop.
PARKINIG: At the North Street / Pearl Street intersection, continue on North
Street. Take first right on Ross St. (one-way) and first right again on
Highland Ave. (one-way). Continue down Highland until you see parking on
your right (between Percival Hall and Miller Hall and park. Enter quad
between Miller Hall, Thompson Hall. You will see Hammond Building in front
of you. Go to main entrance, past info booth, and use stairs or elevator to
go down one level. Alumni Rooms on the right. There will be signs.

5. FOOD AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS
There will be vegetarian food and drink for lunch (suggested donation:
$3 - $4) along with coffee during the day. But you are welcome to
bring your own lunch if you wish.
No child care arrangements have been made since no one requested them.
We are not planning to provide projection equipment. However there is
a screen in the room. Let us know if you have a need that we can help
address.
