Hello, all,

I hope that everyone made it back to their homes safely - and in that
regard, I would encourage everyone to aid Ken Selcer with a donation.

Thank you all for being willing to accept the final circle of voices, as the
natives of this country used and still use to discuss and resolve issues.
Many things came out that I think we all benefited from.

Mostly I want to extend special thanks to Annie, who, totally unexpectedly
came up with such beautiful food. Annie, I didn't contact you about that
because you have been so generous in providing for us in the past, that I
hardly dared to approach you again. You came through anyway - and that made
such a difference!

Any proposals that did not get discussed may be resubmitted for the April 12
meeting. However, please submit to a committee where appropriate (deadline
March 22) rather than submitting to the State Committee directly (deadline
March 29).
