[statecom] GRP website updates with graphics

Folks,

Please check out www.green-rainbow.org for a number
of updates to the website. I am interested to hear from people
with dial-up if the graphics are an impairment or not.

Personally the text-heavy website has been a drag in terms
of finding information on the site, and for the new website I
would like to strike some kind of balance, where the visual
layout is clear and simple and pretty and effective (but not
necessarily loaded down with graphics).

And I remind you all to sign up at community.green-rainbow.org
and find the post entitled "What would YOU like to see on a new
GRP website?" for thoughts and needs related to a new website.

And please get in the habit of checking the GRP website regularly;
you don't want to miss the stuff that's up there now!
