[statecom] HAVE CONCERNS FOR PROPOSAL 3 BEEN ADDRESSED?

MY concerns have been addressed by passage of proposal A at the  
6/29/08 statecom meeting and addition of hiring a lawyer to review  
all of our presidential plans (delegate and other) for both legality  
and not getting us into trouble.
