Hi Jamie,

I just had a phone conference with Andy Fitzgerald and Kim Lampereur.
We elected temporary officers and resolved to form a youth caucus
club. Also, we are ready to get ahold of that phone list and start
recruiting people. Here are the minutes of the meeting:

meeting called to order at 7:10

7:47 - Reached consensus on forming a Green-Rainbow Party Youth Caucus club

7:49 - Elected Andy Fitzgerald as secretary

7:50 - Elected Kim Lampereur as official contact

Items for future consideration:

-How to have both local and state chapters

-Finding officers who are permanent MA residents

-Developing an effective phone-recruiting approach
