[statecom] Final call for delegates

To State Committee:

This is a final call for delegates to join the delegation information that
will be sent to the GPUS tomorrow.

Please send the names (or have the delegates send their names), with
registration information, birth date, address, phone number, email,
diversity self-identification, candidate preferences, 100 words (or less) on
reason for being a delegate to Elie Yarden (yen.yarden at verizon.net) by 2
PM today. 

This will allow for credentialing and final allocation before the
information package is sent off by the deadline tomorrow.

This meeting will remain open for any delegates or alternates subsequently
put forward for approval by this meeting, although they may risk
credentialing problems at the national level.
