[statecom] corrected political identifiers for new SC reps /town/regions

Our inveterate GRP member Wanda has corrected some inadequacies in the 
6-29-08 SC minutes I sent out.  Below is the corrected list of names of the 
new attendees (not all of whom became SC members at the end of the 
meeting).  Wanda has included their towns and counties, which some of you 
may need for your forms and documentation for GPUS or elsewhere.

Does anyone know about Karen Francis?  Wanda had nothing about her.  If you 
know anything about her identifiers, please convey to the appropriate people.
